We at StandUpFightBack.us believe in taking action on things that directly affect our civil liberties. So we propose an act of defiance with an old concept A VICTORY GARDEN
Now we take on a new cause
During both World War I and World War II, all Americans were encouraged to grow their own “Victory Gardens”
Have a Victory Garden was a symbol of independence and a way to be self-reliant while allowing resources to be shifted to the war effort showing American pride.
So why should be plant a Victory Garden today?
In recent years we have seen the government increasing its presents at our dining room tables:
The USDA has targeted sales of Raw Milk
Children’s lemonade stands have been shut down in Iowa, Georgia, and Texas
Long term food storage facilities are under scrutiny with federal government demanding copies of customer list.
Stores like Costco and Sam’s Club have periodically limited Rice and Flour purchases
Rumors of Preppers being identified as terrorist
In Utah Gardens are being registered and tracked.
There are also the issues of GMO foods and pesticides.
HOW TO BEGIN
It does not matter what kind of garden or if you just want to have a few pots with tomatoes bushes. The idea is to show your independence from having to rely on the government for our basic need to eat.
